About this session:
Political communication is no longer just about reaching the right audiences with the right message. The growing challenge is how to listen, engage and respond at scale, while rebuilding trust and turning diverse perspectives into better-informed action. For ministries, political parties, associations and unions, this challenge exists both inside and outside the organization: How do we activate our own people, overcome silos and create stronger feedback loops? And how do we meaningfully engage citizens, voters, members and stakeholders and translate their perspectives into action? In this interactive 45-minute session, participants will experience how human engagement and collective intelligence, generated through highly structured interactions, can create more effective and intelligent participation. Through rapid perspective shifts, from individual reflection to peer exchange and collective sensemaking, we will explore how diverse voices can be surfaced, connected and transformed into meaningful insights. We will experience how to move from reach to engagement, from listening to participation, and from individual perspectives to collective intelligence.
